POLICE are reporting that Kevie Cambridge, a person wanted for questioning in a burglary and rape incident on Harbour Island, is now in police custody.
Cambridge, 23, of Colebrook Street, Harbour Island, turned himself into the Harbour Island Police station around 5am on Saturday, June 15.
The day before, police issued a wanted bulletin stating their desire to speak to Cambridge with reference to burglary and rape investigation.
• A 12-gauge shotgun was uncovered through a track road off Peter Street on Friday.
Officers of the Central Detective Unit were directed by a member of the public to a bushy area where they found the weapon.
No one was arrested in connection with this incident.
Active police investigations continue.
