FREEPORT - Five persons, including three children, were injured in a two-car collision on Sunday.
Inspector Advardo Dames reported that one of the two female drivers is listed in serious condition at the Rand Memorial Hospital. According to reports, a traffic accident occurred at about 12.30pm at the intersection of West Mall Drive and Pioneer’s Way, involving a Chevy Venture and Pontiac Grand Prix. The female driver of the Chevy Venture was seriously injured. Three children in the vehicle were also injured. The female driver of the Pontiac was also injured.
The victims were transported by ambulance to the hospital.
