THE Da’Jarvou Beauty & Barber Supplies Amateur Boxing Show, organised by the Champion Boxing Club, was staged at the Wulff Road Boxing Square on Saturday.

Christopher Fox won over Terry Rolle after the referee stopped the contest in the third round.

Gabriel Newbold won 19-13 over Daryl Riley.

Shelton Major won over Jonathan Cox as the referee stopped the contest in the third round.

Darvano Andrews defeated Jevon Pintard 26-22.

Daryl Riley won his second match with an 18-16 decision over Jaelin Jones.

Rashad Higgs won 21-15 over John Brown.

Malik Lungran and Lennox Boyce fought in one exhibition match and Shameko Adderley and Dwelton Sears met in the other.

The best fight of the night was between Daryl Riley and Jaelin Jones, the most improved boxer was Shelton Major, the most vaulable boxer was Darvano Andrews and the winner of the Da’Jarvou Beauty and Barber Supplies award was Christopher Fox.

The next show on the calendar for Champion Amateur Boxing Club is the Hammie’s Radiator Repair Shop Amateur Boxing Shop set for 6pm April 13 at the Wulff Road Boxing Square.

The main event will be between Shameko Adderley and Absolam Sturrup. The co-main event will feature Gabriel Newbold against Donovan Taylor.

All local boxing clubs are welcome to participate.
