By Associated Press: Andrew Wiggins scored 12 of his 17 points in the second half and No. 2 Kansas moved into the semifinals of the Battle 4 Atlantis, downing previously unbeaten Wake Forest 87-78 on Thursday.
Frank Mason scored 12 points and Joel Embild added 10 for the Jayhawks (5-0), who had a 14-point halftime lead trimmed to four before hanging on in the final minutes.
Kansas will play Villanova on Friday night for a spot in the title game.

More than 20 months removed from his last game, Dylan Ennis finally got onto the court for Villanova.
And the Wildcats immediately reaped the benefits.
Ennis scored 12 of his 14 points in the first half, James Bell led Villanova with 17, and the Wildcats never trailed on the way to beating Southern California 93-79 on Thursday in the quarterfinals of the Battle 4 Atlantis.
Ennis sat out last season after transferring from Rice, and his debut was delayed this season because of a broken right hand.
