IN Wednesday’s edition of The Tribune, it was reported that 49-year-old Joseph Andrew Foulkes, of Yamacraw Hill Road, was represented by Roger Gomez II in a bail hearing before Justice Vera Watkins.
However, Bernard Ferguson II appeared for Foulkes in that hearing where the accused was granted bail.
The Tribune apologises for any inconvenience caused to both parties.
