It is passing strange to me that we celebrate the birth of Christ for 12 days and then take down our decorations and continue with our lives.
Driving around the island, the decorations for the Bahamas 40th birthday are still up on buildings in both the private and public sector. This is now 70 days after the birthday.
Did I miss something? Perhaps we are economising and will keep them up for the 41st birthday celebrations?
