Politics must be more than just sweet talk

EDITOR, The Tribune.

KYLIN International, Ken Russell & Co, and their proposed $ billion project for eastern Grand Bahama – it amazes me that now even the Minister of State, investments at the OPM does not understand the Covenants of The Hawksbill Agreement.

If the Port Authority through Hawksbill has exclusive covenants, how on earth can Government receive or accept to talk with people knowing there are already long standing covenants, since 1955, irrespective of the possible capability of the investment group?

Fellas, please advise Kylin we can’t talk and stop this posturing for headlines.

By the way, this Minister said the Hilton-British Colonial was sold almost 10- months ago and from all information it isn’t – boy these boys love to talk and there is absolutely no strength to their talk. They have to be lost!

The young people want to feel, Editor – they want money in their hands to feel they are Men – sweet talking means nothing to them that’s old politics – dead on arrival today.
