A MAN is in hospital after being shot in a drive-by shooting in Yellow Elder Gardens on Wednesday afternoon.
Police reported that just before 4pm, a man was sitting in front of his home located at Nicholls Court in Yellow Elder Gardens when the occupants of a white four-door Honda Civic vehicle pulled up.
The suspects then fired several shots at him before speeding off.
The victim, who was shot in his stomach and arm, was taken to hospital, where he is detained in serious condition. Investigations are continuing.
ARRESTS
Four people were arrested in Harbour Island for breach of the Immigration Act on Wednesday, police said.
Police also reported that 52 drivers were cited by officers from the Northeastern division for various traffic violations.
