Dr Mattie Nottage releases new song with a message

A BAHAMIAN minister is using every avenue she can to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ and help people struggling in any area of their life. Through her teachings from the pulpit, to stage plays and her books, Dr Mattie Nottage is adamant about inspiring people anyway she can.

To this end she released a new single, “I Still Want You”, a song she said grew out of a time of despair in her own life.

“Everyone from time to time goes through what I call ‘dry seasons’. This song, ‘I Still Want You’, was birthed during a time of desperation...but I felt compelled by the Holy Spirit to share it with other worshippers around the world,” she said.

“In my pursuit for more of Him, I found myself walking the beaches in my beautiful Bahamaland, crying out for more the his glory. This ushered me into a realms of worship, where I experienced the power of God like never before.”

Dr Nottage said she believes the song will bring listeners closer to Jesus Christ.

“This prophetic soul cry will take you to a deeper place of prayer, worship and intimacy with God. This inspirational anthem will transform your darkness into light and induce a new yearning and desire for more of Him,” she said.

“It is my prayer, as this song is played across the airwaves and around the world, that people everywhere would be provoked to a deeper place of longing; seeking to know more of God.”

Dr Nottage has produced and directed numerous stage plays, including “Last Chance Transformation Academy”, “You Have A Choice In The Matter”, “Talitha Cumi - Damsel Arise!”, “Christmas In Da’ Ghetto”, “Dealing With Delilah”, “Fragile Heart”, and “Chain Breakers” among others.

She is a well-known international preacher, teacher, motivational speaker, life coach, playwright, author and revivalist. She is the president and founder of the Mattie Nottage School of Ministry, the Youth In Action Group and the Global Dominion Network Empowering Group of Companies.

Dr Nottage is married to Apostle Edison Nottage. Together they run the Believers Faith Outreach Ministries International in Nassau and Believers Faith Breakthrough Ministries International in South Florida.
