Junkanoo was great! However, I slept three times before I knew who won (and I’m still not really sure if what I heard is correct).
Would it be fair to suggest the development of a “cell phone app” that would appropriately allow spectators to contribute to at least 25 per cent of parade votes?
An interactive experience would pair nicely with the cost of tickets.
