THE Bahamas International Securities Exchange (BISX) yesterday made another addition to its investment fund roster, adding the listing of Queluz Brazil Funds SAC Ltd’s Class A shares.
The Class A, Fixed Income Fund is an open ended sub-fund of the Queluz Brazil Funds SAC Ltd, a segregated accounts company.
BISX’s chief executive, Keith Davies, said on the listing of the sub-fund said: “We’ve been able to pick up right where we left off last year, and I’m pleased that we have been able to secure the listing of another Fund to our roster of listed securities.
“Societe Generale Private Banking (Banking) Bahamas should be congratulated for sponsoring their first fund listing and adding it to the portfolio of international products listed on the exchange. We look forward to working closely with Societe Generale and our other members to bring new and innovative products to the exchange.” Societe Generale Private Banking Bahamas served as the BISX Sponsor Member that brought the Class A Shares to the exchange.
Queluz Asset Management is the investment manager, and Societe Generale Private Banking Bahamas has been appointed to serve as the administrator of the fund.
