An ID card would be so pass�. Why not simply a permanent number tattooed on the forearm, or even an embedded electronic chip as with dogs?

So this guy is suggesting a future New World Order, globalist style identification/tracking system to monitor and enslave the people. Then whats next, we will also be required to buy and sell with these number/bar-code tattoos and implanted microchips. Let's just stick with the ID cards.
