Jobs promise still unfulfilled

EDITOR, The Tribune.

DPM Phil Davis seems to be suffering from memory-loss-clearly on the campaign trail he said within 12-months of the election the PLP will create 10,000 new jobs.

Taking Baha Mar totally out as those jobs having been created by the FNM so you can’t count them, the PLP has created 2000 jobs in almost 24 months.

Those who got the jobs are obviously thankful, but here we have a further election promise that will not be achieved – how much longer do we blindly believe politicians?

Does that 200 cover all the cronies jobs they gave away? Does every PLP MP have a job in government? Have they all been appointed somewhere? How in the hell a mental midget like Frank Smith could be hired as chairman of the PHA?

Sorry but Baha Mar came to the Bahamas under the PLP Government. The FNM delayed the process.
