Police find drugs worth $25,000

FREEPORT – Abaco police discovered a quantity of illegal drugs with an estimated street value of $25,000.

Inspector Terecita Pinder reported that at around 4.30pm on Monday, police went to a bushy area on Nards Drive and discovered one taped package containing cocaine.

Ms Pinder said no arrests were made.

Police are continuing their investigations into the matter.
