Two US men to be charged

FREEPORT – Two American men are to be charged on Tuesday in connection with the stabbing death of an American man last Friday in Bimini.

The suspects, who are also American, were flown to New Providence where they will be arraigned on manslaughter charges.

Carl David Yerder, 45, was found lying on the grounds of a hotel with apparent stab wounds in his body.

Yerder, a resident of Fleetwood, PA, was pronounced dead at the scene. Four American men were initially taken into police custody for questioning.
