There is a huge misconception that the referendum held a while ago was whether or not to legalise webshops. It was not. The referendum was held to decide whether or not webshops should be taxed. I, for one, voted No. Why? Because you can’t tax something that isn’t legal! I believe webshops should be legalised and taxed to the high heavens.
