THE students and faculty of the Governor’s Harbour Primary School recently hosted a special assembly to thank BTC and their iVolunteer team for repairs made to two of the school’s restrooms and one of the classrooms, and restoration of playground equipment and purchase and installation of new pieces.
BTC staff in Eleuthera suggested that iVolunteer members from New Providence join them to make some repairs to the school and provide new play equipment. After a warm welcome in their morning Assembly the BTC team from Eleuthera and New Providence entertained and played with the children whilst they enjoyed their new play area.
The children and teachers were so pleased with the improvements that they have nominated themselves adopted by BTC. BTC employee iVolunteers give up their free time to help those good or needy community causes that touch their hearts.
