The Rotary Club of East Nassau and the Scout Association of the Bahamas staged their 28th annual charity golf tournament at the Ocean Club golf course yesterday.
The tournament, which was held in association with platinum sponsors NAGICO Insurances, saw 92 golfers take part in a two-man scramble with Donald and Geoffrey Tomlinson taking home the top prize as overall winners.
More than $120,000 was raised from the tournament, which will go to the Scouts Association of the Bahamas and the numerous community service projects undertaken by the Rotary Club of East Nassau.
