POLICE have identified the man who was discovered in waters off East Bay Street on Tuesday as Yuri Mark Smith, 47, of Wulff Road.
He was found floating in the area of Brown’s Boat Basin shortly before 4pm.
Police are awaiting the results of an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
They are asking anyone with information to contact them at 919 or 328-TIPS.
