• Ya Hear the Track Road Theatre is gearing up to present an exciting stage play in Nassau next week? John Buchan’s “39 Steps” comedic spy drama adapted by Patrick Barlow will be shown at the Dundas Theatre from November 20 - 23. The show will feature Bahamian entertainers Leslie Ellis-Tynes, Gail Hanna, Glenn Sherman, Jr and Rossano Deal. Show time is 8pm.

• Ya Hear Nicki Minaj apologised for Nazi imagery in her video? Since releasing the lyric video for her new single “Only” over the weekend, Nicki j has been getting backlash from people who say the imagery in the video is offensive.

In the video, the Young Money logo is made to resemble a swastika while the rest of the five-minute clip invokes the Third Reich.

She took to Twitter to apologise:

“The artist who made the lyric video for ‘Only’ was influenced by a cartoon on Cartoon Network called ‘Metalocalypse’ & ‘Sin City’.

“Both the producer & person in charge of overseeing the lyric video (one of my best friends & videographer: A Loucas), happen to be Jewish. I didn’t come up w/the concept, but I’m very sorry & take full responsibility if it has offended anyone. I’d never condone Nazism in my art.”

• Ya hear Usher releasing new song via Honey Nut Cheerios? Usher it taking a creative approach to market his music and stand out from other musicians. According to AllHipHop.com, he is offering his new single “Clueless” via a cereal box.

“The track will be available for download with specially marked Honey Nut Cheerios boxes at Walmart stores. Usher previously worked with the breakfast food brand for a commercial that featured his song ‘She Came To Give It To You’. The ‘Clueless’ cereal promotion begins today (November 11),” the website stated.

Usher is also expected to release his next album, “UR”, in the near future.
