Bahamian realtor firm attends global summit

Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty has participated in the 2014 Sotheby’s International Realty Global Networking Event, which brought together 1,500 members from 31 countries.

The three-day event, which was held from September 8-10 at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel in Florida, allowed Sotheby’s International Realty professionals to network and share best practices with their colleagues from all over the world.

“The Global Networking Event provides a great value to our firm,” said Lana Rademaker, vice-president at Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty. “It offered the opportunity to network with some of the world’s most talented real estate professionals, generate valuable referral business and learn more about the industry and the Sotheby’s International Realty brand’s vision for the future.”

Damianos Sotheby’s International Realty, which has 11 offices in the Bahamas, offers exclusive Sotheby’s International Realty marketing, advertising and referral services designed to attract buyers to the firm’s property listings. The firm and its clients benefit from an association with the Sotheby’s auction house, which promotes real estate referral opportunities with auction house clientele.

“Our annual Global Networking Event brings together our network members from all over the world with the common goal of sharing their unique experiences and market insights,” said Philip White, president and chief executive of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC.

“This year’s conference provided our record number of attendees with an overview of the brand’s strategic vision for next year and beyond, from our marketing efforts to our global expansion and record-breaking sales.”
