I wonder if Mr Christie might be able to persuade the present incumbent to stand aside for a few months so that he could nominate Leslie, Wendell and Ishmael in quick succession to be Governor-General each for a few months?

That way, in order to take up their post, they would naturally have to pay up their light bill, National Insurance and Real Property Tax, and the Public Treasury would be a couple of million dollars better off, and thus more able to afford Flyaway Fred’s overseas adventures.
