So under the Gaming Act we rely on Cabinet to be the judges of what is moral and ethical? All I can say - God help us!
By the way the commentators who say the current ban of residents and citizens to play in the Casinos is discrimination please read the Constitution it is not discrimination as the Constitution provides for and allows for the discrimination when it comes to this issue of disallowing residents and citizens to be able to play.
So in what year of Christ will Bahamians and residents reach the moral and ethical level that will satisfy the Cabinet? What could ever be that level?
Will there be legislation to establish the moral and ethical level of Bahamians and residents?
The judges of this have not been born yet so don’t anticipate anytime soon.
