POLICE arrested a 40-year-old man on Monday after they searched his vehicle and discovered cocaine with a street value of $12,500.
According to reports, Drug Enforcement Unit officers, acting on information intercepted a blue Nissan Maxima driven by the suspect on Marrow Road, Garden Hills number two.
The officers searched the vehicle and found one pound of cocaine. The suspect, a resident of Opulent Road, was taken into custody and will appear in court later this week to be formally charged.
