A 24-year-old man of Cowpen Road and a 23–year-old man of Nassau Village are in custody following a shooting incident that left a man detained in hospital on Tuesday night.
According to reports, shortly after 11.30pm, a man was sitting in his vehicle outside a club in Palmdale when a man armed with a handgun shot him in the shoulder and fled on foot.
The victim was transported to hospital, where his condition is listed as stable.
A short while later police arrested the two suspects in connection with the incident.
In a separate incident, shortly after 9.10pm on Tuesday, a man was walking on Andros Avenue when he was shot in the leg. The victim was taken to hospital, where his condition is listed as stable.
Investigations are ongoing.
