Would Urban Renewal Co Chair Algernon Allen please enlighten us as to what part of the “philosophy and policy” of the Small Homes Repair Programme the Auditor General fails to appreciate as it relates to those contractors who were paid, but didn’t produce, whom he, Mr Allen, intends to “pursue to the depths of hell” for non-performance.
Mr Allen’s and Co Chair Cynthia Pratt’s protestations of the audit results being “unfair, ignorant and ill-advised” is a classic example of the messenger being executed because the powers that be are either compliant with the status quo or asleep at the wheel.

I will never believe Mr: Allen or Mother Pratt stole any thing at all. They are both very compassionate people. Perhaps the proper records were not kept and there in lies the problem. Now we do know that there are many persons who are dishonest, but not those two.
