ALTHOUGH highly unlikely, there is a remote possibility that an exposed resident could develop a late-onset health condition due to oil spill toxins.
Such an unfortunate person might take comfort in knowing that should any medical problems arise, they could then be handled by an NHI system administered by a government that has clearly demonstrated its committed and caring nature.
