A 22-year-old man was charged Tuesday in the Freeport Magistrate’s Court with armed robbery.
Lynden Lee Johnson, of No 166 Bentley Drive, Caravel Beach, appeared before Magistrate Debbye Ferguson in Court One.
It is alleged that on April 15, the accused committed armed robbery at an establishment in Freeport.
Johnson was not required to enter a plea to the charge.
The matter was adjourned and he was remanded to the Department of Correctional Services in New Providence until July 16 when a preliminary inquiry will be held.
