I heartily agree with Loretta Butler Turner for taking exception to our parliamentary buildings being desecrated with carnival promotional paraphernalia. It’s a disgrace.
I mean, to decorate the buildings of our venerable national institutions with patriotic colours for independence is one thing. But carnival?! Have those responsible lost all sense of propriety?
