A MAN has died in hospital after being shot outside a nightclub on Tonique Williams-Darling Highway in the early hours of Sunday, police have reported.
Police are seeking the public’s help in finding the suspect responsible for the shooting, which took place shortly after 1.30am. The man was reportedly sitting in a jeep outside the nightclub when a man armed with a handgun approached and shot him before fleeing in a white vehicle.
It is the 141st murder in the Bahamas in 2015 according to The Tribune's records.
The victim was rushed to hospital where he later died. Investigations are ongoing.
