ON DA HOOK

JANUARY ended on a high note with many fishermen still catching massive Wahoo throughout The Bahamas, including this week a 100.6lb monster off Hawks Nest, Cat Island.

That came off the back of an amazing tournament two weeks ago there. Lemon and Danny Torro took a 55lb Wahoo at Southwest Reef, Nassau.

The Yellowfin Tuna continue to arrive early with many being caught in Eleuthera and Abaco, where Dawson Thompson caught one near Hope Town. This month the Mahi should begin to arrive leading up to the peak season in March and April.
