AN American from Tampa, Florida, is in police custody after being arrested for possession of dangerous drugs yesterday.
Shortly before midnight, officers from the Tourism Policing Unit, acting on intelligence, went to a cruise ship moored at Prince George Wharf, where they say they found the man with a quantity of marijuana. He was taken into custody and is expected to appear in court early this week to be formally charged.

Comrade American arrested for possession of a "quantity" of "dangerous" drugs. What exactly constitutes a quantity and what scientific evidence can the prosecution provide the court that, marijuana is a "dangerous" drug? For every piece of so-called scientific evidence the prosecution can provide, so can it can easily be argued against with "proven' evidence to the contrary.
