FREEDOM Farm Baseball League held the opening day of its 26th season under the theme, ‘I will think positive, I will speak positive, I will play positive,’ with an array of rousing and exciting activities on Saturday.
The day started with a church service at Holy Cross Anglican Church followed by a spirited march of some 600 players and parents from the church to Freedom Farm park in Yamacraw.
“The opening day ceremonies were conducted entirely by the outstanding kids of Freedom Farm. The day and weekend continued with 15 opening games, featuring baseball skills, determination and commitment.
“Senator Greg Burrows, Ramona Neely (opening day chairperson) and the Freedom Farm family will like to thank all of our sponsors and well-wishers for their support in making this opening day event a success,” according to a press statement.

I like your way of motivating the players and it’s really useful for the younger generation players. As by the article, players “will have to think positive, will speak positive and will play positive”; if all players followed this quote then they will definitely win the game.
