SWIFT Swimming club’s 25th anniversary meet was held at the Betty Kelly Kenning Swim Complex over the weekend.
The swim meet “produced many new CARIFTA qualifying times and some exciting races, which is what we need every meet leading up to the Bahamas picking its team to repeat as CARIFTA champions.
The heats and finals format sets the stage for quality racing.
During the opening remarks on Saturday, Gunite Pools was well represented by former swimmers and the next generation of corporate leadership in Peter Jr, Phillipe, and Sofia Whitehead as they shared about their fondness of swimming, Swift, and the benefits of 25 years of partnership.
