POLICE are searching for suspects responsible for three separate shooting incidents that occurred Friday night.
Officials are appealing to members of the public to come forward with any information they might have about the shootings.
In the first incident, shortly after 1pm on Friday, a man was at Ida Street when he was shot multiple times in his body. The man was taken to hospital in a private vehicle where at last reports he was in critical condition.
Then shortly after 9pm, a man was walking on Peter Street, when he was shot in his hip. The man was taken to hospital and was said to be in stable condition.
The last shooting occurred just after 10pm. Police said a man was driving on Minnie Street in his Hyundai Accent when someone from among a group of men in the road fired several shots, injuring him.
The man was rushed to hospital by EMS and was said to be in serious condition.
Investigations are continuing.
