A MAN has been found shot dead in bushes on Cox Way off East Street South, police are reporting.
Shortly after 10.30pm on Sunday, police received reports of the discovery of a man's body and when they arrived at the scene, found a lifeless male with multiple gunshot wounds to the body. He was officially pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said the victim was being electronically monitored and was on bail for an indictable offence. Investigations are ongoing and police are seeking the public's assistance in finding the suspect or suspects responsible.
