THE Barracuda Swim Club won their Atlantic Medical Barracuda Invitational meet over the weekend at the Betty Kelly Kenning Swim Complex.

The Barracuda took the title with a total of 1,745.50 points after winning the girls division with 766.50 and the boys with 979. Their nearest rivals, Swift Swimming, had 636.50 for second place. They came in came in second in the girls division with 323.50 and 313 in the boys division

The Dolphins Swim Club rounded out the top three with 295, scoring 141 in the girls division and 154 in the boys.  The remaining teams in order of finish were:

Girls division: Team Orca,116; Sea Bees, 96; Alpha Aquatics Swim Club, 76; Sea Waves, 76; Freeport Aquatic Club, 67; Abaco Swim Club, 47; and Mantas Water Polo Club, 25.

Boys division: Freeport Aquatic Swim Club, 132; Abaco Swim Club, 98; Alpha Aquatics Swim Club, 42; Team Orca, 38; Sea Bees Swim Club, 27; Mantas Water Polo Club, 25; and the Sea Waves Aquatic Team, 11.

The top three finishers for the high point trophies in the various age groups were:

8 and Under Girls - Rhanishka Gibbs, Barracuda Swim Club, 41 points; Diane Mailis, Barracuda Swim Club, 38; Seannia Norville-Smith, Freeport Aquatic Club, 36.

8 and Under Boys – Amauri E Bonamy, Barracuda Swim Club, 52; Roman St Rose, Barracuda Swim Club, 39; Mateo H Munnings, Barracuda Swim Club, 37.

9-10 Girls - Rachel L Lundy, Barracuda Swim Club, 61; Salene P Gibson, Barracuda Swim Club, 59; Salene Cuffy-Bethel, Barracuda, 34.

9-10 Boys - Brayden J Dam, Abaco Swim Club, 63; Hodari E Prince, Barracuda Swim Club, 42; Sean K Longley, Barracuda Swim Club, 39.
