YESTERDAY’S expected start of testimony in a murder case was delayed as legal discussions were held in the jury’s absence.

The discussions before Acting Justice Cheryl Grant-Bethel concerning the case of 22-year-old Sean Brown continued well into the afternoon session of court.

Brown has denied the charge of murder concerning the April 2, 2012 killing of Noel Roker. Roker was gunned down while visiting friends at Dorsett Street in Bain Town.

Brown has retained Lennox Coleby and Stanley Rolle to defend him. Darnell Dorsett is prosecuting the case for the Crown.
