THE Free National Movement’s Women’s Association held a one-day seminar on Saturday under the theme, “The Woman and the Environment”.

Event speakers included Senator Michael Pintard, party chairman, Dr Annette Bethel, Theresa Moxey-Ingraham, Dr Duane Sands, Khalil Brathwaite, Samantha Duncombe, Dianna Gibson, Pamela Gomez and Dr Sandra Dean-Patterson.

Monique Gomez, president of the FNM Women’s Association said: “The promotion of a financially, mentally and spiritually heathy woman is a part of my association’s mandate as we seek to transform hearts and minds through promoting and supporting the entire woman.” “We are not only women in politics but wish to make a difference outside of politics.”

Participants of the one-day conference engaged in interactive sessions on topics, including spiritual health, women in politics, financial planning, domestic violence, the environment and living well.
