A FREEPORT man was charged with murder and attempted murder on Friday in Magistrates Court.
Phaybian Livingston Rolle, 28, of Hudson Avenue, appeared in Court One before Magistrate Debbye Ferguson accused of the murder of Sean Smith and the attempted murder of Austin Rolle on March 31, 2014, at Freeport, Grand Bahama.
He was not required to enter a plea to the charges and was remanded to the Department of Corrections in New Providence until October 26 for trial.
Ashley Evans represented Rolle.
