Saturday - leaving 6am sharp from Harbour Bay Shopping Centre in front of First Caribbean Bank 30 miles headed west. Leaving P/I bridges optional at the end. The pace will range from 18–20+mph, two-hour duration.
Sunday - leaving 6am sharp from Harbour Bay Shopping Centre in front of First Caribbean Bank, 40-50 miles headed east. P/I bridges optional at the end. The pace will range from 18–20+mph, 3-3.5 hour duration (cyclists are invited to join in anywhere along the route).

Morning rides west - Wednesday & Friday, 4:45am, Cable Beach Police Station, West Bay Street, 20-mile ride route, headed East to Montague and return. One-hour duration. Afternoon rides west - Tuesdays and Thursdays, leaving 5:30pm sharp, parking lot next to Lyford Cay Gas Station. 18 or 24 miles depending if you do second loop. Advanced cyclist’s ride. The pace will range from 20+mph. Intermediate 18-22mph, see Spyder.
Morning ride east - Tuesdays & Thursdays, leaving 5am sharp, start/end Seagrapes Shopping Centre (under the big sign), East Prince Charles Drive: 1-1.5 hour duration. Cyclists capable of 14+mph welcome. Prince Charles Dr-Eastern Road-Shirley St-Church St-East Bay-Eastern Road- Prince Charles.
Rotary Club of East Nassau. - The Rotary Club of East Nassau will be hosting a charity premiere of the latest James Bond movie, Spectre, at Galleria Cinema at the Mall at Marathon on Friday, November 6.
The event, which is sponsored by Heineken, Belvedere vodka and Galleria Cinema, is in benefit of The Rotary Foundation and the East Nassau Rotary Charitable Trust, which provides scholarships to Bahamian students to assist with tertiary education.
This will be the latest in a long line of Bond premiere’s that the club has hosted and event co-chair Lindsey Cancino said “We are delighted to be carrying on this tradition. All previous premiere’s have been hugely successful and we are sure that this one will be no exception. It is fantastic that people can come out, enjoy a great movie and at the same time help Rotary continue to do great work in the community.”
