A WOMAN appeared in Magistrate’s Court yesterday accused of being an accomplice to a relative and an attorney in an alleged plan to intimidate witnesses from giving evidence at trial.

Theresa Larrimore, 50, of Tall Pines Road stood before Magistrate Derence Rolle-Davis facing two counts each of conspiracy to commit obstruction and obstruction of justice. She denied the allegations.

It is alleged that in March of this year, she “obstructed justice” by intimidating Rashad Rodgers and Mario Bain from giving evidence in a criminal case.

It is further claimed that she allegedly conspired with others on June 20, 2015 with a plan to further frighten Mr Rodgers and Mr Bain.

She was granted $5,000 bail and returns to Magistrate’s Court on November 23 for a status hearing in the case.

On Monday, attorney Tai Pinder appeared before Chief Magistrate Joyann Ferguson-Pratt refuting similar allegations.

Pinder, 34, was arraigned with 77-year-old Rosalee Lightford, Larrimore’s relative, concerning the abetment of Lightford and Larrimore whom allegedly intimidated Bain and Rodgers.

She was also charged with fellow lawyer Michael Kemp where both denied obstruction of justice and conspiracy charges concerning the alleged intimidation of Davon Bethel from giving evidence in a criminal case on August 22, 2015.

Both pleaded “unequivocally not guilty” to the charges.
