POLICE in Abaco have taken nine illegal immigrants who arrived by boat into custody after a late-night operation.
Shortly before 1am, officers from the Sandy Point Police Station, acting on information, went to an area near the Sandy Point Dock and apprehended eight males and one females who had illegally landed via a boat earlier.
Investigations are continuing.
