Laundromat robbers swiftly apprehended

QUICK response by New Providence police officers led to the arrest of two men early on Wednesday shortly after they committed an armed robbery at the Super Wash laundromat on Blue Hill Road South.

Reports are that shortly after 2am the two suspects, armed with knives, went to the laundromat and robbed the cashier of cash and a cell phone. The police were immediately notified and officers from the Southeastern Division arrived on the scene and took the two suspects into custody without incident.

Good policing! They probably already back out on bail though.
