I could only look at shock and shake my head at the pictures showing the desecration of the sea grape trees in front of Fort Charlotte.
The trees are beautiful in their natural state without the gaudy red, white and blue wrapping that just makes them look plain weird!
Is this what our VAT money is being spent on while so many people struggle just to put bread and grits on their table?
Surely it would be better to clean up the filthy island and KEEP it clean rather than waste public funds on such vulgarity?
