It seems quite remarkable that a proposed investment that has not yet been contemplated by the Minister, nor the Cabinet, could have such significant and specific quantities published as fact.
To wit: Ten thousand acres of Crown land in Andros. Two billion, one hundred thousand dollars to be invested by the Chinese in one hundred joint venture partnerships to be created for that purpose.
Would Minister Gray kindly publish how these several specific numbers were arrived at, or did he just wake up one morning and have a vision.
