POLICE in Bimini are investigating a shooting incident that has left a man in hospital.
According to reports, on Monday shortly after 11am, a male was brought to the Bimini Government Clinic suffering from gunshot wounds to the leg.
He reported that while in the Bailey Town area he was shot in the leg by a man who is known to him. He is listed in stable condition and is scheduled to be airlifted to New Providence for further medical attention.
Police are actively investigating the matter.

I'm not surprised really. Bimini has witnessed shootings before. The drug trade is the root cause of the problems on that island..
