FOUR juvenile males and a juvenile female are in police custody on Monday in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a 19-year-old girl.
Assistance Commissioner of Police Stephen Dean said a “full scale” investigation was launched after a video of the alleged assault was posted on social media on Sunday. He said a formal complaint was made on Monday.
The video, which shows two young men and the woman, engaged in a sexual act was shared more than 300 times on Facebook

Extremely troubling. Violence and sexual behaviour so young. That's a reprobate mind. And dumb too.
300 shares, something is wrong with Bahamians, they're gobbling up violence against women and children, mangled bodies and now child pornography. Every person who can be proved to have shared the video should receive a criminal charge. This foolishness has got to stop.

Small wonder these types of violent events against women are happening with increasing frequency in our country today. Just look at how Carnival portrays women. Clearly the corrupt Christie-led PLP government has much more interest in demeaning women rather than promoting their rights. Let's not forget that roar of laughter Leslie Miller got from his fellow MPs when he readily admitted on the floor of the House of Assembly that he slaps around women "because that's what a woman likes and needs...a good slapping every now and then!"

Please just lock these young stupid asses up and let them understand that they cannot destroy each other's lives with posting filth on the internet ............ we are getting to the point where we need formal internet education in primary/middle school before these children ruin themselves ............ but this just not the internet, its personal moral principles gone awry
