5000 property owners who will be receiving new Assessments - priority Mr Financial Secretary must be those who owe for years some I have heard owe $’000s and because of who they are and know, hope they will never have to pay, some have not paid since they purchased the property.
No, Mr Financial Secretary, we want your assurances the persons in arrears get chased first - if in 21-days they do not pay then shame (run a notice in the newspapers) to pay within 21-days or face the legal consequences.
Now no discounts deals or such like - payment in full.
