NAD awards technicians

THE Nassau Airport Development Company (NAD) recently promoted and awarded certificates to nine technicians.

The technicians took part in the company’s maintenance promotion assessment programme - which assesses the skill of the team and provides training.

“Our goal in this initiative, which includes annual, voluntary classroom and field exams, was to develop a progressive process that allows employees to be in command of their careers,” said Kevin McDonald, vice -president, maintenance and engineering at NAD.
